Dear beautiful human,
Yes, you!
Let’s not muck around.
My first book is OUT!
It’s called Do Happy – A way to be happy all the time. Check it out here.

Here’s my simple wish.
I want everyone to be ridiculously happy.
Ok, let’s dial it back a bit.
I started ‘writing’ this book in high school.
I had big ears and a big forehead. For any seasoned bully, I looked like lunch. It was the first time in my life I remember feeling unhappy. I remember many times walking home from school, with tears in my ears. (Before any of you beautiful humans start to feel sorry for me, for some period I was also a bully. It is the only regret I have in life.)
I continued ‘writing’ in medical school. High school was hard. Medical school was harder. The course was demanding. I was interstate, away from my family and friends. I had ZERO life skills like cooking, cleaning, or paying bills. And I was staring down the barrel of doing 6 years of long distance with my girlfriend. It wasn’t all bad but there were many periods of stress, anxiety, and [insert unhappy word].
There was a breaking point. I don’t want to reveal everything though. I should leave something for the book, right?
I decided enough was enough.
I started reading every book I could find on happiness and wellbeing.
I learnt something that I want to shout from the rooftops.
For every problem you will ever have, someone has written a book about the solution.
After years of reading and experimenting, I learnt the second thing I want to shout from the rooftops. This is what the book is actually about.
Happiness is a skill.
Like any skill, it can be learnt.
Reading books has changed my life.
I always dreamt of writing a book, that changed someone else’s life.
Well, I wrote the book.
Do me a favour, and let it change your life 🙂
I wish you endless, limitless, and ridiculous levels of happiness.
Much love to you and of course, myself.

P.S I want to express a heartfelt thank you to everyone who follows and supports my work.
Let this book be a small way of expressing my gratitude.
I spent nearly two decades figuring out how to be ridiculously happy.
I wrote Do Happy so that instead of it taking decades, you can learn all of this stuff in hours.
If you want to buy the book, click this link and then find the ‘Buy Now’ button 🙂
If you do buy the book, let me know. Send me a photo, an email, or ideally a homing pidgeon!
